What we agree to
To deliver the scope in your signed quote, to a working standard, on the dates we named.
What you agree to
To give us access, answers and decisions within a reasonable time, and to pay against the stages in the quote.
Who owns the work
You do, on final payment. Code, accounts, documentation and any assets we made for you.
Changes to scope
Quoted before they are built. You decide, in writing, before anyone starts.
Warranty
For [SUPPLY: n] days after launch we fix defects in what we built, free.
Ending the engagement
Either side, in writing. You pay for work completed and you keep it.
